Dock not recognizing usb drive anymore

i have had my transformer with dock for a few months now and have never had any issue with th dock recognizing my usb drives. Suddenly today it stoppd. Now when i plug one in, it flashes real quick, preparing usb or whatever, but the drive never shows up under removable. The drive works fine on the computer and i even reformatted it to make sure. Just wanted to see if anyone has experience this and had any solution.

I have tried rebooting the tablet, docked and undoked. Tried taking out my microsd which it still recognizes fine. No difference. I use this thing to download files when im onsite fixing peoples computer, and really need it to work properly.

Any suggestions?

well i have fiured it out based on some info i got on transfomrerforums. apparntly some sticks dont get recognized unless you plug is in about 90% of the way. not sure why this is, but at least i was able to get it recognized,
