What I do if my device can't enter to download Mode ?

I have a liquidE that I want to unlock it with the AMSS method so I try it with 1.100.05 version and no chance with unlock. A friend told me thats old version try newer one, So I download Acer_LiquidE 4.503.00_EMEA-Gen1_05.01.03.bin and retry also with AMSS method. but after a few seconds error message : device disconnected or something like that, retrying 2 or 3 times with entring download mode (Vol+ + camera key +powwer) after that the liquid can't reenter in download mode, I try with battery and without, remove and replace etc... ( my device is not rooted) So for now I have bricked device. I want to ask if there is a solution to put it in dowload mode to revive it ????? And I really need help !
