need help to change ringtone

Hi Guys

I'm very new to modding phones,a little advice please.

I have managed to flash to Blue Ginger v4, but the ringtones I have put on my memory card just will not stay when I try to use them,the phone uses the ones from the standard ringtone and notification media files, how do I get "My" tones to work, I have directed the phone to my files on the memory card but the phone ignores them.

The files are in OGG format as well.

OK Maybe I have sorted it---I ripped the Zip file apart, then inserted the files I want to use in the media folder then re-zipped and re-flashed.

I've made two folders on root of the sdcard: "ringtones" and "notifications" with mp3s. After reboot all my tones were in standard android menu available.

Thanks heaps ZBlade, was having the same issue and it was driving me nuts. Creating these folders and saving the ringtone/notification tones in there solved it =)

used to work from any folder in 2.2 but been struggling since on GSF 2.3 - worked fine
