How to keep Bluetooth on for longer?

Hi all,

I'm one of the unfortunate ones who have really bad bluetooth connectivity and was wondering if there was an app that allows my bluetooth to stay discoverable for more than 120 seconds? This is a big problem as I can't pair with someones bluetooth quick enough.
