How to backup system settings including accounts?

Hi,

I've just finished restoring my applications and system settings via program MyBackup Pro. Applications and their settings are restored O.K. However system settings are not so complete as I would like. For example: I have to setup my accounts again (google and corporate). VoIP account is also gone. I'm using CyanogenMod 7 (nightly build 142). So here come my questions:

#1 Is there a way in CyanogeMod Rom 7 to export system settings (I really couldn't find it if there is one)?

#2 Do you know location of such config files in system? (I would manually copy them)?

#3 Can you recommend me better backup/restore tool regarding system settings/accounts/widgets?

I would prefer possibility to backup directly using CyanogenMod setting (not relying on other tools).

Google's cloud backup service is totally useless - it's not visible nor controllable (not willing to risk it).

Thanks for help

Titanium Backup is probably your best bet, it seems to do accounts and system settings. Never tried it myself since I never back up system apps.

The Google Backup is pretty decent but not 100% reliable in my experience.
