SGS2 is ~£500 - the whole point of Blade/Skate is that it is a cheaper alternative. I dont really want to carry such an expensive phone around with me which is why I found the Blade ideal

i agree its to expensive, but maybe the older galaxy s (1) is cheap here in sweden you can get it for 333€, really decent and nice looking smartphone with super amoled and powerful cpu/gpu

Im pretty confident it will be otherwise its hardly an upgrade to the Blade? Have you got a link confirming Skate will be ARM6?
