Somebody Help!

Problem:

I got feed up of having to constantly move my apps to the sd. So I decided to partition my sd card.

To do this I went into clockwork recovery, Then advance, Partition sd card. it said it was done successfully.

Okay correct me if I'm mistaking but I was suppose to get two partitions show up if I mount the sd card to the computer.

And now My 8gb memory card only shows 3.41gb (which was the remaining value of total free space priory to me partitioning it.)

So if some very nice/smart person out there can help me reverse the process, I would be a very happy blader once more.
