maps does not get gps; gps status gets satellites

Hi,

I noticed that sometimes google maps needs quite some time for getting a gps fix.

Yesterday it was incredibly slow. It took almost an hour before it got a fix.

However, at the same time gps status told me it was seeing something like 10 satellites. This was in a car on the motorway (btw wasn't driving while playing).

I've had similar experience with sygic mobile maps.

Anyone an idea? This is on SS R4. Also worried some app is interfering.
