Apps on my sdcard - can I get them back

I recently had some problems with my Blade, and with the kind help from other forum members the problem has now been resolved , I have now successfully installed this ...

CyanogenMod 7.1 RC1 Gen1 to Gen2 Upgrade TPT

and my Blade is now running CyanogenMod 7.1.0 RC1

so now I would like to know if its possible to re install my previous apps that are stored on my sdcard , including Titanium Backup . Can I get them back onto my Blade ?
