Hi there

i'm new here and a total Blade noob..

I got this phone for almost a month now..

first thing I did was going from GEN1 to GEN2, then i installed Swedish Springs

But lately, my Wifi didn't really work (went from "scanning" to "connecting" to "lost connection" and again same cycle in 1 minute)

I then installed a wifi update, but that didn't work either..

Today i wanted to try another rom, Ginger Stir fry.

So I download this, put zip on sd card.

Then i wiped cache and user data and installed zip via clockwork..

And now the problem comes.. when I restart my phone, I see the android dude for a few seconds, then black screen, and then he just restarts..

I'm guessing I did something wrong during installation

Is there any way to get my phone back up and running.. The only thing I can acces is clockwork, but I don' t have backups..:(

Is there a way to put it back to factory or so install a rom that will work now??

Or did i completely f*ck it up??

no its still okay just go back into clockwork and wipe factory, wipe cache then go to advanced and wipe dalvik then it should work fine .i always do these thre when installing a rom .ps when you get into main screen go to file manager and then clockwork and go to backup and see if you have any backups .if not do so in clockwork .

Didn't really work with the ginger fry rom. But i'm going to try portugese springs now, hence I came from swedish

edit:

portugese works like a charm :D

have you used ask mr pigfish to check if the gen2 upgrade actually worked?

Ginger Stir Fry reboots twice or three times after the first install before the first boot, that's normal, then the first boot takes a while. Make sure you wipe data/factory reset when installing any new rom.
