Browser & WIFI Problem

Hi

I'm currently on Swedish Spring and I've been having problems opening the Browser. When I launch the Browser it goes off after a few seconds and goes to the Homescreen.

Also my Dad has a HTC Wildfire and when I'm at the same distance away from any WIFI my Blade seems to be less strong as the Wildfire. And it keeps disconneting to the Internet every time I lock the phone.
