Hi all,

Looking forward to my first Android phone arriving this week. I have been reading up on the forums but I reckon I still need a bit of advice.

I suspect I will go the CyanogenMod 7.1 RC1 Gen1 to Gen2 Upgrade TPT route.

First question: does this include the latest nightly build of CM7? If not do I do the TPT and then follow up with a nightly build rom?

As you guessed the TPT does not include the latest nightly build, so once you have CM7 RC1 installed, you can go ahead and install the latest nightly, but using clockworkmod install method.
