vibration when phone removed from next to head

Hi! I'm having an issue of phone doing double vibrate (two short vibrates after another) everytime I take the phone off my ear and when I put it back. Apparently it's caused by some setting so the phobe let's you know when screen goes on and off and that causes the vibration. Anyone can tell me how to turn that off? I have searched all menus through but havent found any setting related to that. I use cyanogenmod 7 nighty 131.

you need to search the settings from within the dialler/phone app there are plenty of vibrate options i hope it is one of them
