Hi all

WAWA72 asked a question about the availability of new parts particularly: hard cases, digitizers, displays, better batterys 1600 mAh.

ZTE and/or its carrier partners will honour phone warranties for defective devices, but ZTE has no plans to supply spare parts.

That's great to know :D

Wish that we could get official spare parts though, i know the phone is cheap and frankly if broken i will just buy a ZTE Skate but it is a waste of good renue

What about repairs? The screen on my Blade is damaged and neither the retailer I bought it from or Orange are interested in helping as I bought it >6 months ago. Would I not be able to send it to ZTE for them to repair?

Could I send my phone to ZTE ?

There are lots of batteries, chargers & back covers on ebay. Warranties don't cover accidental damage & some retailers wont honour warranties past 6 months. Plus, some people just want a spare battery. It'd be good if ZTE could sort out a distribution deal to sell them officially in the UK/Europe, rather than just selling them in the far east.

If there would be a good supplier of displays, then It'd be awesome. Also mic's, speakers, earpieces, brand new digitizers would be usefull. Oled displays sales would go through the roof, because early TFT's could be converted.
