Skype with video calling is finally out

But the ZTE Blade is not one of the supported devices (probably for not having a front face camera).

Is is possible to someone release a modded version of it enabling video chat for other devices?

There is probably already one somewhere, but I think its a bit pointless without a front facing camera.

IMHO it's very usefull. Even if there's no working camera on ZTE, you'll be able at least view your opponent. This is how it work on desktop, but on ZTE mobile there's no video at all ;(

It'll be great if someone enable video & earphone sound.

Theres a thread here that might be useful, but I think the app uses hardware for video that the blade doesnt support.

Actually it says that xperia mini pro is one of the supported devices BUT that phone doesn't have a front facing camera...
