Problem while flashing a .bin file

I am using Acer Aspire 4745G with Win7. I don't know why whenever I flash a .bin file it says 'Not in OS mode, process stops.'. I am sure that I have already turned on the phone but it just won't let me to flash a .bin file! Can somebody help me?

Set the USB in development mode on your liquid

Or just reboot in recovery and use the Acer tool with the liquid in recovery mode

i think you should uninstall Acer Drivers then reboot, then install them again
