Hi everyone I just saw on Acer site (http://www.acer.fr/a...content/drivers) that Liquid Metal is getting up date to Gingerbread, will this rom will be port to ours liquid?

Hope so maybe we will have a stable rom.

+1, though we already have two stable ROMs available for daily purposes.

Acer Liquid and Liquid Metal are 2 very DIFFERENT phones. Don't be fooled by the name: they're based on different hardware, and as such their kernels are incompatible.

let's hope that cdteam to port it to liquid, i just help my bro upgrade to gingerbread on his metal, it's impressive and i really wish the UI can utilize on Liquid >.< too bad acer does not provide update for liquid E :(

Mmmmh, well, a porting of the UI should be possible in theory...
