Reinstall app from market

Bought an Orange San Francisco and put a few free apps on from Android Market to have a play. Didn't bother to back up the apps as I assumed I could just download them again

Rooted phone, burnt and rebuilt with Cyanogenmod7.

Can now add apps to phone using ADB but the ones I installed before I rebuilt show as 'already installed' when I go on the market website

Two questions:

Where is the best place to get a clean (even a legal) copy of Android Market to install on the phone

How do I reinstall apps that the market thinks are allready installed.
