Have read a number of posts relating to the dictionary on the Orange SF - or distinct lack of. I've been getting VERY frustrated at not being able to add words into a dictionary when using predictive text on the 12 Key Phonepad. Even the guy at the Orange shop couldn't help!!! The ONLY way I've found round this and to stop tearing my hair out - I changed to the QWERTY keyboard.

You could also use different keyboard apps. Each will have their own method or circumstance for adding a word to dictionary.
