Orange San Francisco call problem

My brother sent me a Organge San francisco (white) from the UK . It has modaco rom installed on it. But the problem when is I call / pick up a call I can hear their voice but they cannot hear my voice on other end. I though it must be service provider problem so I changed the sim card but still I get same problem. Should I uninstall modcaco ? What should I do exactly ? PLz help. I stay in India btw.

PS : Also tell me how to uninstall modaco.

I have default rom already saved on my phone , so how should I unistall modcao and bring back my defualt rom.
