You can remove the battery for a few seconds, then put back in and try starting again. If you need to enter recovery, make sure phone is off, then hold down vol- button, then hold power button to turn on, keep vol- held until recovery option appears.

If still not booting correctly, you need to explain exactly what you have done so far, what has changed since it last booted correctly.
