Is built-in 16G all for system?

The Galaxy S II comes with 16G. Is all 16G use for system or as usual 1G for system and the remaining 15G as storage?

looks like you get 3 or 4 Gb for system, and the rest for storage / apps etc

Mine reports that "USB" Storage Total Space is 11.50 GB leaving the rest for OS/Apps installed to device. Currently have 1.37GB remaining on that partition.

Looks like there is 4.5GB for system. Much better than LG & HTC phones.
