please help all i want to do is send and recieve picture messages but it wont work have tried various method on the internet with the APN settings but nothing please help me :)

Have you tried setting it manually in Settings > Wireless & Networks > Mobile Network Settings > Access Point Names. Hit Menu, tap on 'New APN' and from there, there's fields you can edit - Name, APN, Proxy, Port, Username, Password, Server, MMSC, MMS Proxy, MMS Port, Authentication Type and APN Type. The two fields I deliberately left out - MMC and MNC - these can be left alone as it's picked up by your mobile network and sim card.

Have you tried these settings? They work for me but i also found out i need to turn data on to send a picture message, dont know why.

One other thing...

I noticed that MMS on Tele2 here in Croatia needs Data Connection to be able to send/receive them.

Perhaps it's the same with your case.

I have had a lot of trouble with O2 but this Flashing this file has worked for me, I'm not sure if it works with SS though. http://android.modaco.com/topic/330482-bug-fixed-sms-app/

tried the patch and the above settings and still nothing am tearing my hair out here please help
