HELP - My Blade won't turn on suddenly, brick for no reason (?), maybe HW fault ?

Hi, I have my Blade for cca. 2 months at the moment.

I had had CM7 ROM and few days (1 week) back I've switched to Ginger Stir Fry b19. I converted from GEN1 to GEN 2 and used Clockwork for Blade for flashing roms. I wiped all data / dalvik cache etc. I haven't installed any unusual apps.

Last night I turned off my Blade as usual and removed it from the charger - bettery full. This morning when I pressed the power button the Android picture showed up but the device wasn't booting, so I removed the battery, put it back and now the device wont power on at all. When I put the charger in, the LED won't light up, yet I'm not sure if it should when the device is turned off.

Any ideas ? The irony is that after 10 minutes this happened the mailman delivered the back case and screen protectors from Sofiz.

Could the device got bricked somehow ? Or may it be the HW fault ?

If you're still getting the green android on power-up, then its not bricked!

I suggest, take the battery out for a while, and let it drain a bit, then re-try again.

If pressing power button and red led light does not come on, then it could be hardware fault.

(If it turns out to be hardware fault and properly diagnosed, return it back within the first 6 months ASAP, otherwise you will be shuffled around by Orange :))

I don't get the green android, as I've said the device won't turn on at all now.

I think it might be a software problem, because of the prior unsuccessful boot, but i cant really say.

Ok, the phone is dead, I'll take it to Orange.

It got bricked by no apparent reason, just like that while booting in the morning. No way to ressurect it.

I can't blame anything, anyway since now, GSF rom is dead to me.

I was doing battery tests to compare GSF vs. CM7 N149+ I'll post these later this week.

A little preview, current CM7 N is no worse than GSF battery wise in games, wifi or standby.
