Widget looks wrong

I've been using the clock widget from the Xperia Arc for a while now but lately it looks wrong. See the lines on it? They shouldn't be there, it looks ok while scrolling between homescreens and when i'm using a livewallpaper, but not when using a normal wallpaper. Any help?

I don't know where those lines come from, but saw something similar with the "News and Weather" widget and the engadget widget, but only while scrolling. I thought it has something to do with the small number of colors ("only" 256K) of the screen, but since this does not show up all the time I think it's a software problem.
