FLASHING

Now, I don't want loads of people viewing the thread but no one commenting, I'm a newb and I need help, Finally managed to root my Liquid, but when I try to put a rom on it says Verification Failed" Why? is it cause it's not flashed, if so how do i flash it, also bought Rom managed but that does't work i click on acer and it keeps coming up as failed, and some roms that do appear to install don't and the android guy with a ! in a triangle pops up, help please
