What about Flash Player can it be installed and does it work?

The title is self explainatory.

I have a flash apk file to install but it just doesn't work.

Can it be installed to work?

If so how?

I know all the issues of the CPU isn't fast enough etc I sure someone indicated it would work when upgraded.
