Hi, just got me a Samsung Galaxy s Plus, I just wonder anybody managed to root this device? I had been searching high and low for the technique to root it.

It is necessary to create new directory separate from i9000, because i9001 other phone.

Now I'm seriously considering buying one for myself. This phone is ridiculously cheap in Finland. SIM unlocked 9,66€ for 24 months = 231,84€.

same in finland. i just got one. works 10 times better than regular galaxy s. i mean my old galaxy s was terrible on 2.3 firmware. but galaxy s plus is really fast. but galaxy s used to spend battery mostly for screen, but this new one spends most of the batter for system and so on. screen is on the last grade which use battery

I've rooted my cousin's Galaxy S+. You guys still need this? There's info about it on a Portuguese Android Forum, can translate it for you if you need.
