Guest milosgta Posted August 20, 2011 Report Posted August 20, 2011 (edited) I am interested to put in the win mobile zte racer rom is it possible. Because I tried 2.3 ROMs and each has at most an error which bothers me no opportunity to insert a PPPoE protocol and batteries as quickly usually empty? Please answer me as soon as possible Edited August 20, 2011 by milosgta
Guest bhamnav Posted August 20, 2011 Report Posted August 20, 2011 I'm not sure if Windows Mobile can be put on the ZTE Racer, as I don't think it runs on ARM processors.
Guest milosgta Posted August 21, 2011 Report Posted August 21, 2011 I think it can arm and processors in each win mobile device, to which is inserted through the flash ROMs in Windows applications does not mean that he could not because it is a living proof of Russia's official Android 2.2.2 for MTS 916 (Russian zte racer)
Guest rremedio Posted August 21, 2011 Report Posted August 21, 2011 I think it's possible, but if the development for the native OS is hard, guess another OS.
Guest equiliym Posted August 22, 2011 Report Posted August 22, 2011 i dont think that would be possible due to low device specifications, low ram, internal memory etc.. you would go better to install bootloader in recovery partition and format your sdcard to ext3 to boot linux OS on it.. without phone calls and stuff tho
Guest rremedio Posted August 22, 2011 Report Posted August 22, 2011 I guess you are right. Looking at the win7 phones specs, they all have higher specs. Win6 would run, but it's a crappy OS.
Guest milosgta Posted August 22, 2011 Report Posted August 22, 2011 OK Tell me how to install puppy linux 4.3.1 that I have the cd or iso image and let me see for a win mobile bootloader, I have to get into the fat boot holding volume + button id run a flash for mobile vin to see dal will work because I had the htc qtek s200 and work fine on a 195mhz even for skype? By the way for win mobile OS specialist, so I am interested to try it because I know that there are some differences between these devices but we need information that does not kill him or lock?
Guest equiliym Posted August 29, 2011 Report Posted August 29, 2011 i never tried to install winmo before so i dont know what kind of bootloader it has or whatever but if you can manage to make a boot.img and /system that is actually winmo files, you have it a go somewhat.. the rest are just drivers and stuff
