Line of black pixels down screen - any fixes?

Hey guys,

Received my SF/Blade this morning. Really happy with the phone, but I've got a line of black pixels down the left side of the screen, which is incredibly annoying. Second defective electronic device I've had in a week! Just wondering if there's anything I can do - I'm planning to send it back but like an idiot I've unlocked it so it's luck of the draw whether I'll get it exchanged or not.

I've run that strobe light app, and the pixels were black on every colour except blue, so I'm not sure if they're actually dead. You can see other colours in the pixels too, sometimes. Can't see the line on the orange startup animation either. So, obviously it's defective but is there anything I can do? Can't believe I unlocked it first, massive idiot.

Pretty crazy, no?

Thankfully managed to relock it to orange so sending it back should be fine now.

From the time I've spent on it it's a great phone for a great price, but two shoddy ones in a row doesnt fill me with confidence so I'm just going to get a Desire S on cheap contract instead. Gulp...

You are not lucky

I had 2 blades and absolutly no prob with them.
