How to put a custom ROM on using Mac OSX

Hi,

Just purchased an Acer Liquid Metal from the Expansys deal as an upgrade for my ageing San Fran (rooted and rom'd, so I have a little experience of the process!) I was wondering if there was a step by step guide for getting a custom ROM onto the Liquid Metal using Mac OSX (maybe gingerbread? recommendations most welcome).??

Thanks very much in advance, this forum was fantastic at helping me through the San Fran re-rom process but there doesn't appear as much easy to follow info for this handset?
