speaker problem on out going calls

Hi i replaced my screen case yesterday.Pretty sure i was carefull while removing everything but today i've noticed that when i make a call the person can't hear me although i can hear them

had the casing back off but can't see anything loose,does anyone know what i could have done?

Does your case cover the mic? It's a small hole on the bottom of the phone towards the left.
