Help going from Android 2.2 to 2.3

Hi all,

another newbie after MANY answers!! Thanks to all those who help!

I just bought a rooted Orange San Francisco/ZTE Blade.

It is a Gen 1 phone running MoDaCo r7 2.2 android, and id like to get it running on Android 2.3,

can any of you give me some step-by-step instructions on what files to download, how to install them etc.

to help achieve success?

I suggest you have a look at http://android.modaco.com/topic/342009-romgen2zte-gingerbread-ginger-stir-fry/ specifically at the section "Gen1 to Gen2 All-in-one custom rom upgrade TPT". There are instructions there, which amount to downloading one file, rebooting the phone with buttons held, and letting it process automatically.

Make sure to back up everything important as the process will wipe it all.
