Hardware Acceleration/Vegacomb

Hi All:

Kudos on your excellent work getting Vegacomb up and running.

I have been using Rockplayer to play video files on Corvus and have been able to play them using hardware decoding mode with no problems. I have now installed VC 3.2 v7 and when trying to play the same files in hardware mode, I get a "File cannot be played with system player" message. The files are small avi, not as big as 720p. They will play in software mode.

Does anybody have any idea what I can do to get these playing with hardware decoding?

Correct me if I'm wrong but Honeycombe does not support .avi natively.
