There is step by step advice somewhere on this forum how to change the LCD. Maybe only the flat cable from LCD to the board is misplaced. So disassembly and then assembly could help. Edit: here it is Edited August 24, 2011 by Sborovm

Guest Sborovm Posted August 24, 2011 Report Posted August 24, 2011 Thanks ill give disassembly and reassembly a try otherwise i guess ill have to replace the lcd Cheaper than replacing the lcd is selling the phone parts that are still functional. And to buy brand new Blade. Repairing the LCD is not easy job. I can recommend this only if you have some experiences with this otherwise you can damage more then repair. ;)
Guest WAWA72 Posted August 24, 2011 Report Posted August 24, 2011 I can this do.But in Moment i have no LCD here.
Guest Mushroom_Lord Posted August 26, 2011 Report Posted August 26, 2011 Can I just say, in the least offensive way, and with all respect...you are a little wrong Sborovm. That is for replacing the digitizer (the plastic over the top which deals with input) , not the actual lcd which displays the images. I am not aware or replacement lcd's being available, but there may have been a short circuit or something, so maybe fiddling with the connectors will help, but I do suggest you proceed with caution or you will have a completely dead blade :P

But from my praxis (many years with electronic devices) there are mainly two systems of LCD connection. Ribbon flat cable (with zif connectors) or special conductive rubber. In both cases as a result of dropping the phone, cable in connector could be misplaced or bad contact between rubber\LCD\board. So disassembly and assembly could help. :) But I can suggest it only for experienced guys. B) Edited August 27, 2011 by Sborovm

Guest Sborovm Posted August 27, 2011 Report Posted August 27, 2011 okay thanks for the input guys, ermm with regards to the selling for parts wheres the best place and what srta money we talking here. The best place is ebay to sell the parts. And you can offer it also here but without prices ;) This is not a marketplace. But the demand for Blade parts is big, so it will be very fast to sell it. The most interesting parts are battery, front cover with digitizer and back cover, charger.... You can get approx 2\3 of the Blade price.
