Keyboard "eating" letters

Hi to all,

i've got a problem with my Samsung B7610.

When i write an sms (or something else) using the physical keyboard from time to time my device "eats" a letter.

For example if i want to write yellow the device write yellw, "eating" the o...

Any idea of how to solve this problem?
