I am in the market for a budget Android phone with a physical qwerty keyboard, and this Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini Pro seems like a good candidate:

It looks like it could be an update of the present model, with a CPU at 1GHz. I would like to ask if it's going to have good chances for rooting and installing CM7 and for unlocking.

yes as is a new xperia phone i think the bootloader can be unlocked but even if it cant dev's will work on it maybe i too , if can get the phone :) just wait will not be so quickly
