ZTE blade/ Orange San Francisco system corrupted

i need help installing fresh android OS in my blade as the system in it now is corrupted and I cannot switch the phone on... Can anyone give me any ideas??? thanks :)

If you've installed ClockworkMod recovery then you can wipe it from there.
