rSAP issue for ZTE Blade. Help!!!

I have a ZTE Blade running Froyo Android 2.2 and I have successfully paired this via bluetooth to my Multimedia system in my car.

All my contacts are visible from the phone memory but my car also has the facility to access the web however it does not allow this because it cannot see my sim.

Can anyone assist with a solution please? I have read about rSAP enabled phones and wanted to see if this is something that can be set up on the ZTE / San Francisco.
