first i want to say that ppl in my country starting all use android & they all love it & one by one used it

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BTW INSTALL NEW BIN AND FLASH ROM ?!?!

i have acer s100 and i install new bin by A1_DL_Tool__Intra__Single__v3.100_20091027

so this bin and i knw it ...but what is flash rom ?

The BIN is the original ROM provided by Acer. By flashing a newwer BIN you basically update your base Acer SO with a new version.

Flashing a custom ROM, such as the ones posted on this forum, installs a user-made customized version of Android on top of the Acer ROM. They provide additional functionality and/or better performance, but may contain bugs.

Finally: by flashing a BIN you effectively remove any custom rom, and restore the Phone to it's original state, so it can be used to recover the phone if something goes wrong with your custom rom.
