Cheap Android alternative

I am getting a new contract phone so it is time to time to bid a sad farewell to my OLED Blade. Mrs finbaar is keeping a white TFT Blade so, even though she doesn’t appreciate the fun of trying out new ROMs I am sure that when the ZTE source is fully worked into a ROM by the devs I will return to update her phone.

So I had thought about giving my Blade to my 10 year old son, but as I should get about £90 on Ebay I don’t think so. Still he wants a touch screen phone and I am keen on him joining the church of Android now lest he be tempted by another fruit. So does anyone have any recommendations for really chaep Android phones? I have seen Gallaxy Europas (well I think it was the Europa but I am slightly shell shocked by how many Galaxy versions there are) for about £50. This would be the maximum I would pay. But cheaper the better – I seem to remember a post about a £25 Android phone with a resistive screen which would be ideal. Thanks.
