1st of all i hope this is the correct place to place this post, (if not please apologies).

Now the question: Does anyone know if there a port of the application Ram Manager of Samsung Galaxy S II ?

Or an aplication similar to this one?

I have installed some but i wanted something as simple as this one

No idea, wish we could help you, but maybe try asking the author/dev of the app to see if he could port it? :)
