Guest Tom200 Posted September 4, 2011 Report Posted September 4, 2011 I'm thinking about rooting with Kallt Kaffes z4root. I have 2.2 stock ROM. Problem is I've got very low internal memory, around 30mb. I've read z4root takes up around 25mb. Can I delete z4root after I've used it? If I delete it and later re-install it, will I still be able to unroot?
Guest flshg Posted September 4, 2011 Report Posted September 4, 2011 A quick search on google and I think the article that you probably looked at suggested that temporary root might take up lots of space after using it a few times. You could either go with permanent root, or use temporary root, do whatever you needed, then uninstall z4root. It should still be able to unroot if needed (if using permanent root). Temporary root stops after a reboot.
