Blade Constantly Dropping Calls

Hi guys,

Had my OLED blade since they were released, never had any issues with phone calls before. In the last 3 months though it randomly cuts out on almost every phone call. What happens is the speaker goes silent for about 5 seconds then the call ends. Sometimes happens after 30 seconds, a minute, 30 mins but it happens all the time.

It happened when using flb's r11 froyo rom, now it is happening on cyanogenmod7. It isn't my network as I changed from giffgaff to voda specifically as i thought it was a network issue. Turns out is not. Also everyone complains saying either I sound fuzzy or like a robot.

Anyone have any ideas what the issue could be?

I had same with CM7(and lots of other problems), installed GSF and everything works perfectly.

The girlfriend is having the same problems. I thought it may be the accidental mute issue (face presses mute), but calls also get dropped occasionally. Using GSF b18.
