configuration e-mail

hello all,

I bought a ee pad transformer with android 3.2. The problem is now that I can not get running the e-mailn app.

The incomming mail, via Pop3 (gate 110) is oke, but the mail out via SMTP (gate 25) gives problems, message is "verification methode is not supported".

Can anyone help me with this problem

Try 87 or 85 on smtp instead of 25 mate.

If not, it seems that your error message means you try to use a wrong method. So maybe ports are concerned but I think you must try with and without SSL encryption. Don't forget firewall rules too.

But I already tryed it with and without the encryption method. I have also the company how sells the pad

contacted and they still working on this. When I have a solution I will make a note on the forum.
