Recommend me an app to use .mobi files please

I would be much obliged if members could recommend an app to play .mobi files.

I downoaded the Kindle app and Moon Reader but neither will read the .mobi file.

been a while since i tried mobi files on a phone since i got my kindle, but i'm pretty sure the kindle android app will read it if you put it in your sdcard's Kindle directory, you might have to "import" it or something.

you could try converting your mobi files to epub using calibre then read them using kobo, aldiko or fbreader.

You're correct. I put it into the Kindle directory and it works fine.

cool reader is the only *other* one I know. (Other than kindle app I did read about a method to get the kindle app to recognize mobi's but it was long winded )
