Best method to detect why any (except of course power) button wake ups screen ?

What is the best method to find out which app is working in background and when i press some button - for example menu or back screen is turning on, but normally after reboot only power button on top of the zte blade case has ability to wake up screen ?

There doesnt seem to be a good way of finding out, but my method is to use betterbatterystats (paid version in market, free version on xda-developers). This shows partial wakelock times for apps, so whatever shows up near the top of the list are possible candidates for the app thats keeping the phone awake. Bear in mind the app may be doing stuff it needs to do so it is there legitimately, so you need to exercise caution if you decide to uninstall it (best to freeze it using titaniumbackup or updating the app, or finding a replacement).
