Markt missing in Cyanamod 7.X

I have been facing this issue from very long time . I tried installing Cyanogen mod by full whipe and everything but when ever my phone boots up i see everything except Market

I tried

++clean instal by going to factory defaults doing full wipe and all

this issue came after i went from Stir fry to Cyanogen

stir fry working fine

CAE i face issue with auto brightness as default brightness is not enough

i really wanted to go back to cyanogen but i am not able to due to market icon missing '

If you have gapps installed and the problem is still there, my market icon wont appear in the launcher the 1st time after flashing a rom unless i have data connection or wifi on connected then it appears.

I tried installing through gapps nogo i am not able to get through wifi as well i dont have data connection
