[THEME] BlueCarbon for GSF 23/24/25/26 and B27 with or without QuickPanel

Tested on beta 23/24/25/26/27 CAUTION : do not install on GSFb20 ou Blade-onMCSF 1.00 !

NEWS : No need to make a Dalvik Wipe Wipe Cache or Cache Partition (The Wipes will be done automatically by the installation of the theme)

To install, just do:

#Choose fom sdcard install zip and confirm with Home

#Choose from sdcard choose zip

#Select (GreyCarbon-GSF23-.*.zip) and press Home and reboot.

Can you make a quickpanel add-on with 2g/3g and without data toggle and airplane mode toggle? Androidlost can't work without data...
