[help] OpenVpn zte light v9

hi can you please help me how to install openVpn on my Zte Light V9 tablet? everytime i install openvpn installer.

it says binay not installed when i try to install it. it says the same thing.

model number: LIGHT

Android Version: 2.2

Baseband version: V9B01
